Glaziers - $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

Glaziers - $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

We are after 4 glaziers, minimum experience would be 1-2 years glazing install experience.

We are after people who have experience in all aspects of glazing. Hourly wage would be anywhere between $22/hour - $28/hour (plus bonus, plus after hours call outs).

On target earnings annually will be between 65,000 - 80,000 per annum. 

Experience required:

  1. Glazing on site experience
  2. Timber frame glazing – hack outs, putty work
  3. Aluminium frame glazing – install experience
  4. Exposure to frameless glass installation & knowledge of frameless hardware systems
  5. Heavy weight flat glass installation
  6. Glass cutting experience (float glass 4 -6mm, laminate glass 6mm)

Operations & Customer Service Specialist

Operations and Customer Service Specialist - Logistics

Key Responsibilities:


    • Management of day to day service and expectations of customer
    • Exception Management
    • Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) is executed by operations.
    • Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions
    • Provides one-off/spot quotations through commercial team
    • Liaise and escalate to KAM to highlight cases where KAM involvement is required
    • Receive and manage any customer complaints / service queries
    • Work with Airlines, Shipping lines and overseas agents when resolving customer issues
    • Identifies opportunities for use of CargoWise reporting options to enhance customer service experience
    • Use CargoWise order management module to log client orders and manage orders up to order becoming a shipment
    • Liaising with 3PL agents or representative regarding shipping process related matters
    • Ensure operations are managing transhipment and cross trade information


    • Prepare customs documentation and ensure that shipments meet all applicable laws to facilitate the import and export of goods.
    • Coordinate transportation and storage of imported goods along with a high emphasis on customer service.
    • Classify goods according to tariff coding system.
    • Examine product information to ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Calculate duty and tariff payments owed on shipments.

    Experience required:

    • Minimum 5 years experience gained within the Freight Forwarding sector.
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Cargo Wise Enterprise system knowledge
    • International & Local Transport experience & knowledge
    • Customs clearance requirement knowledge
    • Ability to work at fast pace, multi tasking
    • Track record of forwarding operations
    • Sound knowledge in local reporting and compliance (Customs CMR, Rail Tagging, 1 Stop, Under bond Movements, etc.)
