Key Skills:

  • Construction background – a practical approach & proven experience in project management 
  • Understanding of construction procedures/materials and project management principles

  • Ability to determine needed resources (labour, equipment and materials) for projects 
  • Experience with reading architectural (CAD) plans  
  • Accuracy & skill with measurements & a high level of attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 
  • Current NZ Drivers License
