  • Use of carrier desktop/mobile web portal as main communication interface between the company and the carriers.

A2A and B2B EDI requirements definition and documentation and subsequent EDI design, specification and implementation for carrier customer integration. 

Day to day level 2 support for Shipping systems as required. Day to day level 2 support for TMS, WMS, CMS Customer and Carrier systems including portals and internal portals as required. 

Implementation of optimisation methods, techniques and technology to maximise the company, customer and carrier benefit in improving existing and delivering new business initiatives. 

Provide timely and high quality service to customers that meet or exceeds the service promise.

We would expect all applications to have a tertiary qualification in information technology or business studies and who has the experience and knowledge of: 

  • NZ Road Transport and Managed Warehousing 
  • Knowledge of NZ Shipping Industry Experience and or knowledge using TMS, WMS or similar system 
  • Application specification, testing and implementation experience EDI specification, testing and implementation experience.
